Headings describe how a document is organized, not what it says. They live in the sidebar, each with a count of the ideas drawn from it. Pick a chapter and the canvas narrows to those ideas without moving anything you arranged.

Connections the AI infers without direct evidence never enter your graph on their own. Open Suggestions and they appear as dashed outlines, each with Accept and Reject. A rejected suggestion is not offered again.

Anything the AI pulled from a source carries a thin blue-gray underline until you edit or confirm it. What you wrote, and what you've approved, carries no mark at all. Confirm one node at a time, or a whole chapter at once.
Select an underlined node and confirm it.
Re-import a revised manuscript and renamed or moved sections are matched to what was already there. Your nodes, links, and layout are never deleted or overwritten. If a passage a node cited is gone, the node stays and is listed under Evidence changed.
Import History shows what changed between drafts.
