Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic agreement between you and Infinite Graph when you access the workspace, use AI features, or subscribe to a paid plan.

Using the service
You may use Infinite Graph for lawful personal or professional work. You are responsible for your account, the content you import, and making sure your use of imported material respects the rights of others.
Your content
You retain the rights you have in content you create or import. You give Infinite Graph only the permissions reasonably needed to operate features you request, such as storing, syncing, displaying, and processing your workspace content.
AI features
AI suggestions are provided to assist your thinking and may be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs before relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions, publishing, and actions based on AI-assisted work.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium pricing and billing frequency are shown on the public pricing page and at checkout. Creem is our Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and billing records. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled.
Fair use and availability
Paid features are for normal personal use and are subject to our Fair Use Policy. We may limit or suspend use that threatens the service, harms others, or violates these terms. We may also update or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves.
