Information you provide
We may receive your account and contact details, the workspace content you choose to store or sync, and the information you include in support requests. Please do not place sensitive information in a workspace unless you are comfortable using it with the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Infinite Graph, sync your workspace when you choose that feature, respond to support requests, process subscriptions, and improve the service. AI features use the context needed to return the feature you requested.
Payments
Creem acts as our Merchant of Record for paid plans. Payment processing, applicable taxes, and payment-related receipts are handled through Creem. Infinite Graph does not need to store your full card number to provide the service.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about, correct, or delete information associated with your account, subject to records we must keep for legal, security, or billing purposes. You can also choose to keep a workspace local rather than use cloud sync.
